For this masking tapes we have used specialised washi tape with medium strength water based adhesive. This combination gave us superior product for interior and exterior paint preparation. It is highly flexible and will stick to many surfaces. Washi tape has high waterproof and chemical resistance which prevents unnecessary bleeding of the paint to the surface. The water based adhesive is purposely formulated for most surfaces and substrates in building industry and its easy to remove.

Recommended Use:
Masking the two substrates before applying sealant into joints, this will allow you to have perfect and clean joint finish e.g. corners floors and walls, between benchtops and walls or cabinets, between doors, windows frames and walls and many other uses.
For masking prior to spray painting or general painting to create clean finish lines e.g. masking around windows or doors or kitchens, bathrooms & laundries, in automotive industry before painting.
For sealing and strapping packaging boxes e.g. house removals, storage situations or craft packing.
To help keep substrates together while adhesive is curing e.g. cabinet making, furniture assembling or general hobbies.

Care and Maintenance
Keep Your Floors Looking New.
All flooring materials need cleaning and maintenance on a regular basis. Regular care lengthens the life of your floor, can help ensure your warranty will be honoured, and keeps the surface looking its best.
- Simply use a broom or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dry dirt.
- Then use a microfibre mop to clean sticky spots or tougher dirt.
- Wring out the microfibre mop head well and damp-mop the floor.
- Every month give your floor a more intensive clean by double wash it and apply a protective layer to your floor.
Tips For Protecting Your Timber Floor:
- Use cold water never hot/warm water.
- Use damp microfibre mops, never wet or soaking.
- Never use a steam cleaner on your flooring, only damp mopping.
- Wipe spills and dampness immediately (liquid spills, pets’ water bowls or plant pots could hide water underneath!)
- Lift furniture and never drag them along the floor.
- Use felt pads on chairs, tables, stands and the like.
- Have mats at entry points to your home.
- Stones caught up on shoe soles can damage floors.
