This Staerk adhesive is purposely formulated with fast initial grab and it is ideal for installing wall and celling paneling. Staerk SAN-FG construction adhesive is acrylic based with no fumes (low odour) and can be easily cleaned up with water which makes it perfect for safer inside use. With all this great advantages and heat resistance of up to 90C , it is a very practical and important product for building industry.

Preparation
All the surfaces must be sound, clean, and free of dust, oil or contamination. All the release agents, existing waterproofing, dust, loose mortar, paints or other finishes must be removed. To clean the surface before caulking use mineral turpentine wet cloth and methylated spirits and leave to dry. For more stubborn finishes use a sander.
Application
Cut off the top of the sausage, position the sausage into the barrel calking gun, fit the nozzle into the top of the sausage and close the calking gun. Cut the nozzle on an angle to achieve needed opening. Apply sufficient pressure and make daubs of adhesive (35mm in diameter and about 15-20mm high) at every 300mm for walls and 200mm for ceiling panels. Install the panels immediately, do not allow adhesive skinning to occur. Cold temperatures (10oC or less) will affect the performance and curing time of adhesive. Steps need to be taken to achieve 10oC+ at the time of installation. Do not place fasteners on top of the Staerk Strong as Nails FAST GRIP Construction adhesive, that can cause fastener popping. Let the adhesive set for at list for 48 hours before removing the clamps or temporary mechanical fasteners. Not suitable if substrate surfaces is non-porous. Protect from direct contact with water by sealing the area with silicone sealer or other measures.
Cleaning
Clean while uncured with a wet rag. After hardening the excess adhesive can be removed with a spatula or sanded with a fine grade sand paper.

- Gloves and goggles must be worn during application
- If skin contact occurs remove the sealant with cloth and wash skin thoroughly with water and detergent for a minimum of 15mins
- Avoid eye contact before curing. If this occurs rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water, then consult a doctor
- Ensure proper ventilation at workplace or curing area
- Keep away from children
Storage
- Protect from freezing, store in a cool dry place below 25 C temperature to prolong its service life.
- The product must be used within 24 months of purchase.
